Payment & Gratuity

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for your convenience. For your security and ease of record-keeping, we provide detailed receipts for all transactions. If you're using a health savings account or flexible spending account that covers grooming for professional purposes, we're happy to provide documentation.

Regarding gratuity, while tipping is never required, it's always appreciated when you're particularly pleased with your service. Industry standard is 15-20% of the service cost, but any amount you feel comfortable with is graciously accepted. Tips can be added to credit card payments or provided in cash directly to your barber.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected situations arise. We simply ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer that time slot to another client and helps us maintain efficient scheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling for all clients and compensate our barbers for reserved time. We can discuss exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
